We’re looking for AI-native React Native Engineers for two client projects

Our clients in cybersecurity and retail industries are looking for new consultants to join their teams. If you have around 7+ years of relevant work experience, ideally including previous consulting experience with large Finnish organizations, and client references that wow us - check out the details of these projects below and apply.

1.project: New product development in cyber security

Our client in the cyber security field is extending its product family. The new product builds on a recently completed greenfield platform and reuses its guidelines, best practices and native integrations. You’ll be the frontend-focused RN engineer in a small team, working closely with design and backend to make sure the product is built well. Part of the project is greenfield, so the pace is fast and the concept is iterated daily.

• Start: as soon as possible

• Duration: until the end of year, extension possible

• Language: English, and ideally also Finnish

• Location: Helsinki, on-site 4-5 days per week

What we expect from you:

• Strong React Native experience, including the ability to advise on architecture

• Strong AI-native development skills using Claude

• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript experience

• Some understanding of iOS and Android development

• Some knowledge of Node.js on the backend

• A proactive team player who wants to work closely with backend and design

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A startup mentality and experience from greenfield or new product development

2.project: Grocery shopping app in retail

A large retail client is looking for a RN Engineer to join the product area that builds the customer apps for their grocery business. The main focus is the mobile app of their online grocery store, but there’s web and backend work too. You’ll take a strong role in product development and technical improvements and actively spar the team on how it works.

• Start: December 2026 or January 2027

• Duration: approximately 6 months, extension likely (3-month contract periods)

• Language: English, and ideally also Finnish

• Location: Helsinki, at least 2 days per week at the office (more at the beginning)

What we expect from you:

• Extensive experience as a fullstack / React Native developer, with the ability to take a strong role in product development and technical improvements

• Experience with the stack: React Native & Expo, React, Next.js & OpenNext, Playwright, GraphQL & Node.js, AWS

• Used to AI-assisted development and able to help the team improve its AI-assisted coding practices (current tools: GitHub Copilot and Amazon Kiro)

• Willingness to actively spar the team on its ways of working

• Nice to have: proven results in e.g. improving React Native app performance or developing test automation
