Are you ready to build and lead your own Data & AI business with the backing of a €64M fast-growing, listed technology company? We're seeking an experienced business leader to develop and scale our Data & AI practice, combining entrepreneurial drive with Witted's proven growth playbook.

Your Impact

As Business Director and potential Co-Founder, you'll own the entire business lifecycle - from sales and operations to talent acquisition. You'll have full P&L responsibility for building a specialized Data & AI consultancy within Witted, leveraging our infrastructure and resources while maintaining entrepreneurial independence in shaping your success.

What You'll Do

• Build our Data & AI consulting business from ground up, leveraging Witted's existing capabilities and client relationships
• Drive hands-on sales and business development in true startup spirit
• Leverage and adapt Witted's proven operational models for Data & AI business needs
• Build your talent network and recruit key team members as business grows
• Develop and execute market strategies for Data, AI, and LLM solutions
• Shape the technical direction and service offerings for evolving client needs
• Create scalable processes utilizing Witted's growth experience

What Makes You Excel

• Current Business Unit Director, Head of Business, or equivalent with P&L responsibility in technology consulting
• Alternatively, successful interim leader or entrepreneur in Data & AI space
• Strong commercial track record and hands-on sales experience in technology consulting
• Established network within CIO, CTO, and leadership organizations of Finland's top 200 companies
• Deep understanding of Data & AI consulting business and market dynamics
• Fluent in both Finnish and English languages
