Are you an experienced relationship builder who excels at scaling enterprise accounts and navigating complex technology organizations? At Witted, we're looking for a Senior Account Manager who can drive strong growth within our key accounts while providing top-tier software development talent and comprehensive solutions.
Your Impact
As a Senior Account Manager at Witted, you'll be the architect of growth within our strategic accounts. You'll leverage our comprehensive service portfolio - from handpicked senior developers and business transformation consultants to talent acquisition solutions - to drive both our clients' digital transformation and Witted's expansion.
What You'll Do
- Strategically expand our footprint within key accounts, building relationships from leadership to technical teams
- Drive solution-based conversations with leadership, team leads and product owners about software development resourcing
- Create winning proposals and professionally manage end-to-end proposal processes
- Lead strategic account planning with a focus on maximizing account potential and delivering measurable results
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on scaling our engagement and impact
- Take direct, proactive approach in communication - from making that important call to resolving complex situations

- You're fluent in both Finnish and English languages
